What is crazy horse leather?
Crazy horse leather is an oil-immersed full-grain leather. It's treated with wax or oil that gives it a distinctive appearance and makes it water-resistant. Over time, it develops a beautiful patina unique to each owner.
Is the canvas waterproof?
Our waxed canvas is water-resistant — it handles light rain and daily exposure well. For heavy rain, we recommend additional protection for electronics. You can re-wax the canvas periodically to restore its water resistance.
Do the bags fit a 15.6" laptop?
Most of our backpacks include a padded laptop sleeve designed for laptops up to 15.6". Check individual product pages for exact dimensions.

What warranty do you offer?
All our products come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
How do I care for my bag?
For canvas: wipe clean with a damp cloth. Re-wax occasionally to restore water resistance. For leather: apply a leather balm or conditioner once or twice a year. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and excessive moisture.
